Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your profile page. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No questions asked.

Refunds

• Within 7 days of your first payment: if Techgain isn't for you, write to us and we'll refund the first charge in full, no hard feelings.
• Renewal charges: because you can cancel anytime before renewal and keep access to the end of the period, renewal charges are generally non-refundable — but if you forgot to cancel and haven't used the account since the charge, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
• Failed/duplicate charges: refunded in full automatically or on request, whichever comes first.

How to request

Reach out through any community channel with the email you subscribed with. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically land within 5–7 business days.
